What are the benefits of a credit line?



Dear FSB: Eight months ago, I started a security company selling closed-circuit television, access control and alarms. So far, I have not been able to secure any kinds of loans or major credit cards. A few of my friends who work in finance are constantly telling me to request a bank credit line. I'm very much opposed to this. Other than flexible cash flow or availability of funds, what are the benefits of a line of credit?</img&gt;
