Freight rates set to fall after '09: Galbraith's



(GENEVA) Freight rates are likely to fall after 2009 as new shipbuilding capacity comes onstream, but handysize rates used for sugar shipments may fall less than rates for larger vessels, a shipping expert said on Wednesday.
