Thread: Gym work

does anyone work out of any sort?



if so what..?





i do dumbells and stuff like that.



crunches ect.

I just run. And even then, I haven't run in quite a long time :S



Used to play a lot of sports when I was young (soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, figure skating, track, swimming, kayaking...). Looks like I didn't keep it up :P

I do little bits at a time I strech out with my arms and sometimes I jog and jumping jacks sometimes and sit ups...and there is more..

i do gymnastics and do gym work there to much to say what i do at gym but lots lol.

i really wished i had of started back at gymnastics.

i.ve been into it latly lol.

i do all kinds of sports to work out. basket ball, softball, football, and even lacrosse at my school. and i run alot or ride my bike 3 miles to my friend's house. its just when i am running and i know i am just running... running for no reason to my mind, i hate it. and i wish i could play rugby, but it cant.

I run, play football, lift weights, cycle, hiking and hit the gym.

i do Gym work twice a week, the rest is sports.
