their first album was the only thing i listened to over and over and over again way back when. cant say i gave their new stuff as much air time. although i really broadened my music taste since the last 12 months and listen to alot more stuff so hmmm. but i might add that i think the lead singer... is a massive babe lol

I really misjudged my Chemical Romance...



At first I thought...oh here we go, another band jumping on the emo craze band wagon!



I'll still say i'm pretty ignorant, as I only really heard of them last year, and I didn't buy the album but I thought the singles were brilliant...



My Black Parade is a really epic song, I absolutely love how it builds up from the beginning, each bit of that song is brilliant....it's like a modern day Bohemian Rhapsody!



Teeangers was also great, real catchy, but I loved "I don't love you"...you wouldn't have thought they could pull of such a song, but it's brilliant, pretty sad, I can relate to the lyrics (as i'm sure many can!) and I love the video too

I love My Chemical Romance! They were pretty much epic when i saw them in concert (gotta appreciate anyone who appears on stage in an explosion of pyrotechnics).



Black Parade is a great album but their early work is so under appreciated and written off as just another bunch of typical emo songs. Helena and Mama are two of my favorite songs.
