I had the whole day yesterday to study, and I couldn't focus. Usually I'm good at focusing, but I think I'm just exhausted from school at this point. Some high school friends decided to pop by (my parents are gone for the weekend. Lucky jerks) to cheer me up...usually I'd think that was wasted time if I needed to study, but I acknowledged that, well, I wouldn't get anything done. We had a blast! Went to bed later than I wanted to, though.



Again, have the whole day to study today. My boyfriend is hosting a barbecue tonight and I REALLY want to go...I've decided to compromise- I'll go, lock myself up in a room of his house, and study there. At least I'll be able to BE there (trust me, it feels good just knowing they're around), see everyone, and then sleep over.



So yes. Happy and motivated. I can FINALLY get myself to study. LAST EXAM OF THE SUMMER, *****ES!

Decided to go to my boyfriend's barbecue after all, yesterday...thinking that I'd socialize a bit, and then hit the books for the rest of the evening. It was fun, but I would have gotten more done at home. HOWEVER, being around friends really relaxed me, so at least I haven't ripped any hair out!



Slept over. Got a rotten sleep (no matter how many times we share a bed, we're still not used to it :P). Slept until about 8...much later than I wanted to. Still feel tired. Still more chapters to cover before I feel confident about this stupid exam.

It's my parents" anniversary today. Yay!
