Yeah.
Eat healthy and exercise.
A glass of water befor a meal is good as it fills you up faster :)
Eat pineapples like juices, shakes, etc.
It helps you burn your fat, well it works for me! Let me know if it did to you too :teeth:
I suggest you to eat only meals consisting of healthfully fruit and vegetables.
Like it's been said - eat healthy and exercise.
Eat regularly (Never skip your breakfast, lunch, or dinner) Don't snack. Exercise well, eat healthy foods. It works for me ! :proud:
