Depression
Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity that can affect a person's thoughts, behaviour, feelings and physical well-being.[1] Depressed people may feel sad, anxious, empty, hopeless, helpless, worthless, guilty, irritable, or restless. They may lose interest in activities that once were pleasurable, experience loss of appetite or overeating, or problems concentrating, remembering details or making decisions; and may contemplate or attempt suicide. Insomnia, excessive sleeping, fatigue, loss of energy, or aches, pains or digestive problems that are resistant to treatment may be present.[2]
Depressed mood is a normal reaction to certain life events, a symptom of some medical conditions (e.g., Addison's disease, hypothyroidism) and treatments (e.g., hepatitis C drug therapy), and a feature of certain psychiatric syndromes.

Depression is a laziness of mind to do unselfish work. Be unselfish, ask, seeek to know what is modesty, honesty, responsibility and depression will extinct step by step softly forewer. Theese answers are not easy. Dont't blame people, give more than take. Seek truth. :woot:
Be funny, read funny stories, like funny pictures for example. Dont't use dark clothes.

As by the previous one said, depression will have chance to dominate our lives. Basically depression comes under the work pressure, relationships, finances and etc… And whether we’re with daily stressor, or a major life challenge like illness or divorce. But we have a best way to keep depression at bay that is we have to indulge in some indoor games called kliky balls. Playing with this game made of magnets will enhance out cognitive functions in a significant manner.
