I think the scariest movie's I have ever seen are, The Omen (the original, the remake was crap), The Exorcist, The Ring (the chinese version, the english version is no where near as good or scary), The Shining (wasn't particulary scary for me but none-the-less, a brilliant horror movie, no one could have played that role as well as Jack Nicholson) and Psycho

The Japanese version was definitely scary (Ringu). After I watched it, I was laying in my bed, keeping an eye on my tv in case that girl walked out of it. gif001

The English version wasn't as scary.

The English version was an adaptation to the Japanese one since it came out first in 1998.

Psycho was pretty scary, so that would be my number one choice. The orginal Omen was also pretty scary.
