Green day faced with a copyright infringment lawsuit.

in a recent issue of kerrang! theres a small article about Green day saying that some guy claimed to have wrote the song American Idiot when he was 14 years old, then sang it to his friends at school. Now this guy is 32, and has tried to sue green day for stealing his song. but luckily the case was dismissed due to a lack of evidence.

The funny thing is that their fans think they are so rebellious against corporate greed for liking this moronic band, yet are dishing out money to Reprise Records, which also produces music from My Chemical Romance.
