So the Supreme Court is set to hear the case of the 13-year-old girl who was strip searched at her school when school officials were searching for contraband - get this - ibuprofen (the drug in Advil). Because obviously traumatizing and molesting a 13-year-old girl is less damaging than allowing someone to treat their muscle cramp without a note.

Now there's this story of two underage girls taking naked cell phone pictures of themselves and sending it three underage guys. All five were arrested under child ****ography laws.

Obviously, being arrested and charged with a child ****ography crime is much less damaging to these girls than them being able to voluntarily show themselves to other consenting minors.

Seriously, are all school and police officials retarded? Not to mention the DAs that go along with these farces.
