~Take Time~
This poem, I've actually had on my heart for quite some time. The words kept coming to me every day, so while I was waiting at the doctor's office, I was like "I've got to write this!" I may revise it for the wording. I speak from experience of having gone through a lot myself that every moment counts in this journey of life and you never know when it may be your last. I hope this touches you like it has me. It's not your typical rhyme poem, but more of a message written.
~Take Time~
Have you ever stopped long enough just to take a small breath-
To take time to notice the little things in life.
Don't waste your life with fruitless things-
When every moment is so precious cuz you can't get it back when it's gone.
Take time to notice all creation.
To love like you've never loved before.
To be there for one moment of another's life.
Take time to realize your blessings;
And then pass some along the way.
Time is so precious.
So when you give that away...
You just may save a life or change someone along this journey's way.
Take time, take time
To learn to love yourself.
To begin to find who you are and let yourself out.
You'll never regret even for a second.
Take time, take time
To understand another's heart.
To give, and know-
They'll take time to change or save a life just like you did theirs...

" I hope you never look back but you never forget, all the ones who love you, and the place you left. I hope you always forgive and you never regret, and you help somebody every chance you get. Oh, you find God's grace in every mistake, and always give more than you take..."
