Please share your opinions here on age differences in teen dating. Is age just a number, or should you stay close to your own age? How many years is too much?

18 and under - anybody in this age group shouldn't date someone who is 3+ years over or under their age. why? because they are not at the same stage of their life than the younger/older.



for the rest of the people, it doesn't matter because they are all about the same stage of their life unless it's a 90 years old with a 30 years old (but let's not get this extremist).

I'd say it mostly has to do with maturity rather than anything else, but at the same time I do agree that people under 18 should try to stick to their own age group as maturity (or the lack of it) is an issue there most of the time.

Personally for me, no younger then 2 years and no older then 3 years.

So for instance, i, 20, i can go as low as 17. Higher tho is different for me, as a lad there isnt really an older women age limit (no limit, but at a certain age standards slip )
