Abortion Cut-Off To Be Lowered
It is not definitely being lowered, yet.
It has come to light recently that a child born in Florida at 22 weeks survived with 4months intensive care.
Apparently [just been watching TV] the brain is not fully developed, it is smooth, the bowel and lungs are not fully developed and nor is the skin.
this is at 20 weeks which they are considering to lowering the abortion cut-off date to. The child could end up with extreme disabilities etc, and there is a minute chance of a baby being born before 24 weeks of it surviving. This is why the current abortion cut off date is 24weeks.
Also, some twins in the UK [a couple of years ago] survived being born at 25 weeks.
This is not about whether you think abortion is right or wrong. It is about the cut-off date that I wish to discuss

I think that they should leave the cut-off as it is now, as you said yourself the child is no doubt going to grow up with extreme disabilities and what kind of life is that! Further more it is only one case and one case shouldn't be held as the rule for all in my opinion.
