Too right it should have been dismissed! The parents are wasting other people's time and money. It's their fault that they allow their 13 year old daughter total access to the internet and that their daughter is a lying idiot.

There's a reason why you have to be 14 to join; although I always thought it was 16. I would assume parents would check what their 13-year-old daughter might be doing on the internet; but obviously not. And she posed as an 18-year-old. How dumb can you be?

Parents/Guardians need to become wise to there childs interactivity on the internet, so many of these cases have happend and will keep happening untill parents wiseing up.



If i ever have kids, there accounts will be limited to stop anything like this from happening.
