Woman who uses marijuana to keep her alive can be charged

Now, normally I'm against drug use... but in this case if you have an experienced doctor saying it's the only thing to keep you alive then why not allow it?

honestly i don't understand why weed is illegal.. this drug is so soft and causes the same harm than alcohol.
