    Default Walking or Jogging?

    What do you think is better for you, and more effective in the long run?

    Jogging is better and more effective for me but it takes too much of a hard work so I usually walk. It's easier on my joints and burns as much calories.

    Jogging burns more calories for me, but I find that a longer speed walk makes me feel better afterward and it doesn't bother my knees so much.
