    Default Gym!

    Do you go to the Gym?How long?What do you do?

    Gym: Planet Fitness

    Hours : 1-3

    Monday - Arms and Chest

    Tuesday - Abs

    Wednesday - Shoulders and Back

    Thursday - Legs

    Friday - EVERYTHING

    Saturday - Relax

    Sunday - Relax

    Drink a shake 30-45 min before i begin working out.

    Drink a different shake (Same company) 30 min after I finish.

    Drink a Shake once I wake up with a Multi Vitamin and Fish oil (Pill).

    No but I intend to for a sole purpose of getting more girls.

    I reckon joining a gym is a bit expensive at the moment but doing some bodybuilding at home will do.

    Also I'm not sure if I should use steroids for super fast results.


    I'll come up with my schedule as soon as I know what to do.
