    There is nothing better than walking. Walking a mile everyday, or taking reasonable exercise three times a week, promises to reduce the risk of heart disease, as well as strengthens bones and keeps them strong.

    Walk is best for health . Daily walk make healthy and stop the chances of heart attack .
    This is best way of exercise and get rid of diseases. Walk is light exercise but it advantages is high.

    I used to walk 30 minutes daily everyday from work and now when im without it i miss these moments!

    walking and tiny jogs in between like, jog for 10, 20 seconds to keep the heart rate up. an hour is always best for a walk. bring the dog for a walk to, its kinda fun lol.

    If you are sitting all day in the office, it is always a good idea to walk few minutes a day even if you are really busy.

    Yeah. And those who walks a lot can live without sport(it's relevant for me), because if you walked a lot u are already done your daily load.
    How did you know? It's what I always wanted. Could never have had too many of these. Well you, quit kicking me under the table.

    Actually kettle bells are far better. You burn calries at a rate of 20 per minute and you can get a very good cardiovascular workout in a very short time.

    I bring my dog for a walk, we walk and jog together, and she loves it.
