    Eat pineapples like juices, shakes, etc.
    It helps you burn your fat, well it works for me! Let me know if it did to you too

    I suggest you to eat only meals consisting of healthfully fruit and vegetables.

    Eat regularly (Never skip your breakfast, lunch, or dinner) Don't snack. Exercise well, eat healthy foods. It works for me !
