6 year old boy killed by mini

A 6-year-old boy was killed Monday while riding a scooter in a south Lawrence neighborhood,

Police said Bryce K. Olsen was riding a Razor Scooter near his home at about 11:30 a.m. Officials said a van driver came to a complete stop at Harper Street and East 25th Terrace, then turned a corner and struck the boy.

Police said the van driver was not at fault.

And you would think the father of the boy would get mad at the driver, but he gave him a hug knowing even though his son was killed he is in a better place.

by reading this a few times it just was'nt the driver faul, it could have happened to anyone, i would have said the same as you but it seems the driver could have been in shock confused...
