    Default is it unhealthy to skip crying while grieving?

    my mom's sister died 6 years ago. i got angry and tried to bargain with God. thing is I've never cried over my aunt. i refuse to go to her grave or even mention her. is it unhealthy to skip crying while grieving?

    Crying can do either a huge justice or really be a burden.



    It's always your choice to cry or not.

    Don't be afraid to cry.. it's natural.

    However, if you're keeping yourself from crying frequently, that might not be the best idea.

    In this case, I think it's really your choice, don't get mad over it though.

    Try to move on and keep on keepin" on.

    People grieve in different ways. Grieving will always involve crying, but people are mistaken to think that this means that one should cry immediately.



    You will cry when you are ready to cry. And when you are ready to cry, don't hold back. Let it all out.



    It's natural to feel angry.
