KS Energy sells non-core asset for US$43m



KS ENERGY Services has divested a non-core asset for US$43 million. The company said yesterday that it has struck an irrevocable sales and purchase agreement for the sale of a rig, the KS Venture, an 'as-is, where-is" basis.
