Tecity to gain most from Straits Trading special dividend



(SINGAPORE) The Straits Trading Company - the subject of a takeover bid - has declared a special cash dividend of $0.60 a share, following a request by new controlling shareholder Tecity Pte Ltd to enhance shareholder value by distributing additional dividends.
