    what Exercise do you do a day?

    do you think you Exercise enough?



    i try to keep as active as possable, like playing sports.

    i try to do some kind of sport and rest on a sunday smile001

    yes i do alot of Exercise, i have to keep fit for my sports.

    i think i do anough sporting to be healthy, i also eat very well

    I try & go for a walk after work, but sometimes i am too lazy & cant be bothered. I really need to have a set routine & stick to it.

    i really need to Exercise a hell of a lot more, at this stage i'll end up fat if i dont get off me assss more lol

    I run every second day, i go to maui thai once a week, i do basic circuit training in my room and lift weights. When i go home for the holidays igo to the gym and cycle.
