For the Avatar go into your profile and click on edit Avatar.

There you will find an upload button.

You will need to find a small Avatar size picture to upload from your computer,

Try to find a picture size 100 by 100,

Please do this first step then we will go onto your sighnature picture. smile001

please type in Emma Watson Avatar, then look for a size of 100 x 100 pixels

Please go in to your edit signature, in anoucement there you will find a link to upload pictures, find a picture you like on your computer and upload just like how you did your avatar, but this time after your picture is uploaded you will see an [IMG] link, please copy and paste your picture onto your signature page.
