Need Help[Solved]

i cant use anything in this posting option like emotes, fonts, align, or color. cant anyone help me figure out why i cant?

I know on quick reply it won't show the fonts and all the emotes now if you click on new reply you will see the fonts and emotes..

i wasnt using the quick reply because it doesnt work for me and i figure out what the problem was and i fix so someone can close this
