I say that the Death Penalty, if only [okay, not only...but the only one i'll go into] because there is a risk that the man/woman who was convicted was actually innocent. In the last four years 17 men on Death Row were found innocentof the crimes they were convicted of. I know, I know, that's not a lot, but I just can't stand the idea that a man might of died, who was innocent of the crime.

Your totally right, that is a major floor in the whole Death Penalty 'thang. Thats a good enough reason not to have the death penalty at all.

Damn trust me to be the only one. I strongly support the death penalty and really wish they would consider bring it back here in Australia.

A life sentence in this country is an absolute joke (25 years)
