I usually grab a notebook and write everything down that annoys me about the situation I'm in, then close it up and put it away. Out of my body and gone. Rarely will I ever read it again.

I listen to heavy rock, metal.

I punch objects.

I play sports and kick the ball as hard as I can.

Physical:

I sleep.

a couple of years ago i would have said either get drunk or keep it all inside and then explode, a couple of months ago i would have said smoke some marijuana and now i'd say keep it all inside or bitch at someone.
