    Default is this a disorder?

    i dont eat breakfast in the mornings but i eat heaps at recess and lunch and dinner and then packets of chips and alot of other stuff after t.. i dont think this is normal.. i eat heaps but neva in the morning..

    I think some people who aren't used to eating in the morning just don't feel the need to. It does make your brain work a bit better and gives a bit more energy but I'm sure it won't kill you no to eat it.



    I'm big on "enjoy your food." We have 5 senses and they need to be stimulated, taste is one of them and I don't believe in diets unless your health is at risk, period.



    Moderation is a good thing but a pig out is good too once in a while. Maybe if your worried about any junk food you consume, grab an apple or some watermelon or something instead I reckon.

    lol just because u don't eat in the morning doesn't mean this is a mental problem some people don't like food in the morning for some people it is normal

    No, it's not a disorder. The body likes routine, so if you skip breakfast repeatedly, the body will become used to not receiving food in the morning. In lunch, you've gone even longer without eating, so you're more hungry.
