    Default Cracking neck,back,ect..

    When cracking you're knuckles,back,neck, ect.. is it really bad for you?

    It's bad if you do it yourself. It's good if a chiropractor does it for you because they are specialized in that field.

    yeah you would need a chiropractor for the neck back ext.

    but as for the fingers toes, im with Jodelle-Ferland there as

    some do say its good and some say its bad.

    I think it's bad. It makes the knuckles all big and swollen, and then you'll have a hard time putting rings on.

    I have a knuckle-cracking habit. sad....

    it's bad. especially cracking the neck. my ex did that when i was with him 2 years ago and his neck got stuck for a day and then he had the white thingie all around his neck because he couldn't do hard moves.

    No offence but thats quite amusing, mind you if that was me, i would probably be kinda pissed.
