Default Bladder weakness getting me down

If I run, cough or laugh I am losing small drops of urine, which has got worse since I had bronchitis. I heard of a medical device called Incostress has anyone tried this? If this can be a solution then I can finally get on with a normal life. I am too young - under 40 to be branded incontinent. Please help. I can`t afford an operation and pads are not a solution.
