No one understands

OKay well u see I kinda cut myself sometimes. My parent's don't know but, a lot of people at school know and I'm scared one of them will tell somebody. I'm already getting all the help I possibly can but, seriously if they turn me in that might make everthing worse. I need help. please

Maybe you need to find out why you hate yourself so much. I'm really glad to hear you've seeked help and are getting it. From that I've gotta guess that you WANT to like yourself huh? Sometimes we have events in our lives that make us think that if those close to us don't like us, then we should hate ourselves. Other times we blame ourselves for things that were, in reality, out of our control. If you can possibly think of something in your life that you can relate to that then that might be the first step to healing and forgiving yourself. Maybe it's the event your thinking of now.



Always know that tears heal and self damage is not the ideal way to punish yourself. I know it's probably not that simple, but I hope it's not too much harder than that for you. Love thy self for who thee is. You are unique and the world would not be complete without you.

i think you should seek professional help. there's two reasons you might be cutting yourself for:



1- you hate yourself

2- you're suffering from something else, but that emotional pain is so strong that you'd rather cut have physical pain (cutting yourself) because it's easier for you.



one or the other, you need professional help. i don't know what kind of help you're getting, but go see the high school nurse or somebody who is a health professional.

First of all u havent explained why u cut urself?? A small percentage of people that cut themselves only do it for attention
