i hear its snowing over there, does this mean its winter? maybe a silly question.

Will I know that its snowing in Winnipeg, but im not too sure for anywhere else in Canada.. and i think its the beginning of winter for us canadians..lol

probably not... it might stay though... but it wont keep on snowing day after day... it might snow during winter at different times.

i like the snow, i wish it would snow here at least once. But would'nt it get very very cool in the winter there? like what temp?
