How do you deal with spam emails that look like real offers?

i actually dont even read then, i just report as spam in my hotmail or move to spam in my gmail.

I reply to them if they're from someone like "bobbyspamsalot@yahoo.com" telling them to f*ck off and that I'm not intrastate in their crappy scam product.

I usually don't get spam and most of the time I can tell what it is. But I have been mislead before and it really pisses me off.
