    Unhappy Sleepless nights (NEED HELP!!!)

Since this January 17, Monday I experienced sleepless nights. Everytime I wake up to go to school it really affects me and my performance.
I can't sleep early than I usually do, before when I feel tired when I try to lay down to my bed and close my eyes it usually puts me to sleep for just a few mins.
Now I am really trying hard to go back at my time routine, but it always ends up sleeping over 11 pm.

    Its been 4 (Censored) days!
Can anyone tell me why am I experiencing this?
How to break this and go back sleeping early?

Your ideas and knowledge will be greatly appreciated!
    Thx!

I have the same thing. 1 hour before you try to go to bed, turn off your computer, video games etc. Try meditation it helps. Go to the bathroom before bed time helps too. You need to clear your mind of thoughts also before bedtime. That helps you fall asleep faster. =)

Try not to play games, watch TV, or even read when sitting in bed for a couple of weeks. If you do those things while in bed, your mind will be naturally drawn to those activities while you are trying to sleep, and thus it might keep you awake. There is another technique that might help you sleep better, but I'm not sure if it's appropriate to post about it here.

Hmm, I think they are not available in my place.
And is it even safe? I mean using some sleeping pills have some disadvantages too.

What's the other technique you're talking about? You can message me on private, I don't mind only if it helps.

    Oh awsum!
But probably my parents might won't let me try it.
    But thx!

Update: I've tested all the opinions that you guys gave, but sadly they don't work :\
I'm doing some research about it lately and I found the answer. What causes my trouble sleeping is that I exercise late. I've searched over the net and all have the same results, this is due to my weekly exercise because I am doing them way late. Supposedly I should work out every morning but due to my busy time at school I have no time for that to happen. I always work out everytime when I got home from school @ 5:30 pm. Research shows that doing late workout/exercises gets you to sleep late due because when you exercise it gets you feel active and widely awake.
