Hey, active users of forum

hears a story for you. we were active before we moved to a teen forum. a few years ago when we were just a chat forum, i was apart of the forum the OC show. because the TV show The OC finished, we all thought the admin would close down the OC Forums. so most of us moved here where there was TV sub-forums and fun stuff to talk about and mainly to stay in touch. well the forum was great, active fun etc. then one day the forum slowed down, it was around then i turned us into a teen forum. well then active members were over 20 years old and got sick of suicide threads, most left. then the server started lagging from mass traffic and storage. so i installed a hack from vbulletin.org, it was meant to prune threads and posts but still keep the post count, well that back fired, we ended up losing 240,000 posts on the forums post count, and all members post counts suffered, shit hit the fan and the forum soon died after that. we went back to a chat forum more than once then back to a teen forum more than once. theres no one to blame but myself for the forum dieing in the ass. but hey, i cant give up like most do, even tho we have lots of other teen forums to fight against on google and its harder than ever to get to the top ranks since the google ranking changes, i will continue battling on
this time im pretty sure we have made changes for the best.

I thought look at posts counts, they are so many but couldn't find that much threads with all those activity.
your post explains pretty good what had happened here. who's hosting now the site, who is paying etc..
talking about google, first of all we should keep the name and shouldnt chang it all time
but good thing is we are still gaining new users, lets keep growing

I dont know how to get use to this forum lol. I had to get my Mum to teach me the gallery thing now i get to work out the settings stuff
