    How long after eating should you wait to exercise?

    How long after meals should i wait so i simply aren't just burning off the food i just ate?

    Anyone know this?

    It doesn't work like that! You don't specifically burn off what you just ate. You burn calories that are stored as fat in your body. You only lose weight when you consume(or burn off) less calories than that of what your body is used to for maintaining your weight. There are tools online to check how many calories you should eat i na day based on your age and weight.
