Is Caffeine really harmful?
Debate whether Caffeine is a serious drug, and is it really harmful?
we could all learn something from this confused...

i did read a lot of Caffeine can be very bad, yet a little is good confused...

Well just like any other drug it's addictive and has side effects, it's best taken in moderation but because of it's addictiveness people do in time feel they need more caffiene and a higher concentration of caffiene which can mean that people are really grouchy in the morning before their coffee etc and so it does make your body dependant on caffiene to get a "kick" per say.

You get these icey coffee drinks in a coffee shop near me and they are lovely, I'd drink them all the time if I could.
I love the smell of coffee!
