not being able to go where u want to when u want to.

and having to follow the rules.

and yeah adults have them too. but we have more.

Overprotective, old-school Italian parents who have the attitude that an average social life (nothing too crazy and frequent) is a bonus in life, and not a necessity.

I'd have to say curfew and over-protectiveness. But I guess my curfew is fairly reasonable. I wouldn't want to be those crazy teens who party every night until 5am and whose parents don't even bother checking up on them. So in a way I'm grateful having the sense of security. And if I have to take public transportation late at night, I always have a friend calling me to see if I got home safely or I have a guy take the same bus home with me.
